- Hi, I'm the HR Manager for the Allen County Public Library. We started experimenting with an HR Blog about a year ago. We got off to a good start and had a number of questions submitted for posting on the blog. After a few months we got away from keeping the blog fresh - and the questions dried up. Now we're cranking the HR blog up again! Help us make this an effective way of communicating about HR issues at ACPL - and send in a question!
